***Evacuation Warning***

***Updated Road Closures***

An Evacuation Warning has been issued for the Lone Pine Reservation WEST of HWY 395 due to concerns of heavy debris and flooding from Lone Pine Creek. Residents and visitors are advised to evacuate and avoid the area until the storm passes.

An Evacuation Warning has been issued for the Oak Creek/Mt. Whitney Fish Hatchery area in Independence for mudslide concerns. Residents and visitors are advised to evacuate and avoid the area until the storm passes.

Active Road Closures:

HWY 395: FULL CLOSURE from Pearsonville to Sunland Res Road (Bishop) due to flooding across the highway.
Tuttle Creek Road: FULL CLOSURE due to flooding.
HWY 127 at Tecopa Hot Springs Road: FULL CLOSURE due to flooding.
Panamint Valley Road: FULL CLOSURE due to flooding.
Trona Wildrose Road: FULL CLOSURE due to flooding.
Horseshoe Meadows Road: FULL CLOSURE due to rockslides.
HWY 190: FULL CLOSURE from Jct. 395 to Jct. 127 due to Flooding
HWY 178: FULL CLOSURE from DVNPS east entrance to junction 127
Death Valley National Park is CLOSED, please avoid the area.
Travel is NOT recommended at this time.

As a reminder:

• Never drive through flooded areas - one foot of water can sweep a car off the road.
• Heed posted signs that are there for your safety.
