Board of Supervisors Receipt Update On Regional Air ServiceInyo County Board of Supervisors received an update on the 2022-23 regional winter air service last week from Mammoth Lakes Tourism Director John Urdi. Urdi’s presentation covered commercial service in Bishop as well as charter operations in Mammoth Lakes. Despite, or maybe because of, record breaking snow in the Eastern Sierra, the area’s air service worked like a charm. Following the presentation, the Board agreed to pay the $268,462 Minimum Revenue Guarantee, a mechanism to retain air service in small markets.
Apologies for the instability. I'm still working on phpBB extensions, and have broken the code multiple times. Guests may now post in the "Welcome & Introductions" forum, and othe other forums should now allow posting for registered users. Please do let me know if things aren't working for you. Image uploads are working, as is YouTube embedding (no code required - just post the YouTube link in the body of a message). Thank you for visiting Inyo Space!
