I just got a new camera. It’s a Canon R5 mirrorless full frame body. Since the sensor is always recording, AI algorithms compare frames to determine light metering and focus, so I can take a shot of the crescent moon and see craters and features, without a tripod, or long exposure times. I never imaged it was possible. Well, it just wasn’t possible prior to mirrorless technology, really.
